AccuBuild was founded in 1995 by I. Mark Rubin.
Rubin sought to bring new ideas in redevelopment
and construction management services
to Jacksonville and Northeast Florida.
Using techniques first founded in earlier
venues such as Miami and Orlando,
AccuBuild quickly established a
reputation for quality and
innovation in Jacksonville.

As AccuBuild continued to establish itself as a premier boutique development
and construction firm, in 2011, AccuBuild Construction became a qualified woman-owned
contractor with a majority of its ownership belonging to women professionals.

Roger became the President of AccuBuild Construction in 2004. He brought key construction management experiences and strong client relationships to AccuBuild. He was a force in the Jacksonville restaurant construction world for over 30 years.

Roger’s experience and accomplishments with national restaurants such as Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Panera Bread, and Ruth’s Chris as well as local favorites like The Loop, Bistro Aix, Caddy Shack, Medure’s and many others will have a long lasting impact on the quality of life for thousands of retail and restaurant goers throughout the southeast.

Roger’s work at the Jacksonville Landing and Jacksonville International Airport create a strong and vivid image of the work that he did to improve Jacksonville for the retail and restaurant communities.

His passing in 2010 was a huge loss to his many friends and especially his colleagues at AccuBuild.

His legacy lives on at AccuBuild in the form of his strongest personal traits…personal service, positive attitude and his unquestioned loyalty to his clients.

Dana Chirumbolo joined AccuBuild in 2004 and was named to the AccuBuild Construction Management Team in 2007.

Dana has served as a qualifying agent for AccuBuild since 2005 and holds active construction licenses in Florida, Virginia, Arkansas, and Ohio. She has also held licenses in Georgia and South Carolina and has reciprocity in numerous states within the southeastern United States.

With more than ten years of service at AccuBuild, and as a licensed general contractor with rich experience in project management, Dana brings organizational skills that further AccuBuild’s value proposition.
