AccuBuild was founded in 1995 by I. Mark Rubin.
Rubin sought to bring new ideas in redevelopment
and construction management services
to Jacksonville and Northeast Florida.
Using techniques first founded in earlier
venues such as Miami and Orlando,
AccuBuild quickly established a
reputation for quality and
innovation in Jacksonville.

New style, design, techniques and materials were brought
to the emerging City of Jacksonville and were among the
elements that allowed for AccuBuild’s early success.

Roger Cohen became the President of AccuBuild
Construction in 2004. He brought over 25 years
of key construction management experience with him.

Cohen’s experience with national restaurant
retailers such as Starbucks, Panera, Ruth’s Chris,
Mellow Mushroom, Qdoba, Dunkin Donuts and
many others, served to broaden the menu of
offerings and capabilities that AccuBuild
Construction can bring to its client base.
